I live outside of Germany and would like to place an order. Is that possible?
Of course! The only condition: you live in an EU member state. To place your order please send an e-mail to bestellung@cyclebean.de with a short message, which model and how many of them you want to order. We will then create your order manually. Shipping costs for international orders are €15.99. Sorry for the circumstances, for technical reasons this is currently not possible in a more suitable way.
I am not satisfied with the goods. What to do?

My goods broke during transport. What to do?
If you hear or notice when you open the packaging that your cup has been damaged in transit, please leave everything in the package as you opened it. If you notice this when the package is handed over, have the damage confirmed directly by the courier. It's best to take a photo of it and send it to bestellung@cyclebean.de with a brief description and your order number. We will then contact you immediately.
Why does shipping take 3-5 business days? Amazon can do it within 24 hours!
We are a small company and have neither the logistics nor the manpower like a retail giant like Amazon. Of course we will do our best to get your cup to you as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, it may happen that the waiting time for your CYCLEBEAN cup is a little longer. But isn't anticipation the greatest joy?!
How can I pay?
You find an overview of all payment methods we accept on the site Payment and Shipping.
How do you print the items?
Quality is our top priority so that you can enjoy the cups for as long as possible. We deliberately chose the traditional Italian manufacturer Nuova Point, who produces our cups. When it comes to printing, it is also important to us to create a product that is as durable as possible. Classic sublimation printing was out of question, as it doesn't work with ceramic enamel colors we use and that are burned in at high temperatures. We burn our decorations into the surface of the cup at approx. 840 degrees Celsius and can thus guarantee that the cup is dishwasher-safe and scratch-resistant. With sublimation printing, the colors fade and scratch the decor relatively quickly after intensive use.
Can I put the cups in the dishwasher?
Yes, the prints on our cups are scratch-resistant and don't fade in the dishwasher, as they are baked on at around 840 degrees Celsius as standard. The printing ink melts with the surface of the glaze. The durability of the decor essentially depends on the type of use in the dishwasher, use of aggressive all-purpose cleaning additives, washing temperature, washing time or use in a domestic or industrial dishwasher.
However, we cannot issue the claim "dishwasher-safe" because an even higher firing temperature (of 1,200 degrees Celsius) would have to be reached for this. Unfortunately, not all colors can withstand this high temperature. So it's a trade off and we went with the prettier colors. If you love your cup, you wash it by hand anyway.
Do you have any care tips for my beloved cup?
We generally recommend washing the cups by hand, as aggressive cleaning chemicals (such as those often used in dishwasher detergent) will damage the protective surface of the print.
We have the following tips for you:
- Rinse cups thoroughly before using them for the first time.
- Wash the glasses by hand to extend their useful life.
- When rinsing by hand, first clean the cup with warm water and then rinse with cold water.
- Uses only special glass detergent and rinse aid. With these tips, you should be able to enjoy the cups for a long time.
